2012年財政預算案 至明年12月31日 35萬首屋印花稅扣50%

（吉隆坡7日訊）首相拿督斯里納吉宣佈，購買屋價高達35萬令吉的第一間住宅，貸款合約印花稅可獲50%折扣，條件是買賣合約必須在2011年1月1日至2012年12月31日之間執行。

他也宣佈，為了協助更多中收入階層在城市擁有本身的優質舒適住宅，購買一個大馬房屋計劃下的房屋，貸款合約可豁免繳付印花稅；有關屋價的頂限是30萬令吉。

他說，所有在2012年1月1日至2016年12月31日執行的買賣合約，將可享有這項優惠。

此外，購買廉價屋的貸款合約也可豁免印花稅。
