USJ Heights is a freehold 2-storey and 2½-storey link houses estate by the renowned Sime Darby Property in UEP Subang Jaya which borders Shah Alam. It is a gated and guarded community development and will comprise a total of 6 development phases with a total of 762 units.

Analysis

USJ Heights is surrounded by factories on the west and residential neighborhoods on the east. The area is not exclusive enough for a high-end residential. But yet, the development should have fulfilled Subang residents’ wish that are traumatized by a series of crimes in the vicinity to have a gated community in Subang Jaya.
USJ Heights also features underground cabling and concealed drainage system. There are 4 nearby parks in the area which are just within walking distance.
