i have keen buyer finding 10,000sf office/factory. they are doing medical Equipment company.

here is their requirement.
- 10,000sf office space / factory
- any of PJ areas, DONT WANT shoplot
- MUST have cargo lift, NOT bomba lift , ‎1ton - 1.5ton cargo lift is great for my client
- max budget rm1000/sf
- can move in at may/june 2011
